I’m a hometown girl, wife and mom of 2 with over 15 years of experience. Trained in Zumba, CrossFit, Personal Training and Dance Fitness. I teach Zumba & Fitness and Full Burner classes in west Texas and now have the opportunity to bring my classes back home to Centerville Fitness Gym!! Since I have classes out west I will only be at the gym part time so be sure and check my class schedule monthly.
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance workout that brings people of all fitness levels together through group exercise classes that blend Latin music with high intensity cardio dance moves. This dance workout has evolved through the years and classes now incorporate different styles of music such as hip hop, 80’s and country that makes getting in shape a fun way to burn calories away. Zumba class looks and sounds more like a dance party than an exercise class!
Each instructor adds their own personality and flare to their class.
My Zumba &Fitness classes are a blend of Latin and other styles of music, dancing and body resistance and plyometric exercises with occasional weights added in the mix.
Zumba & Fitness 1 class – is an intermediate level intensity class that beginners can also enjoy.
Zumba & Fitness 2 class – is a high intensity level cardio burner class.

Full Burner is a full body functional fitness class using body weight and a variety of gym equipment such as weight plates, dumbbells, bands, yoga mats and cardio machines such as bikes and treadmills for warm up and cool downs. Each class usually consists of several different circuits, cardio and a warm up and cool down.
Benefits of Full Burner classes are muscle building, cardiovascular health, calorie burning and mental health.
Each Full Burner class also has a modified version to accommodate all fitness levels.
